The Heart of America Chapter

Background: This chapter was re-formed in May of 2003 when a small group of collectors met in Independence, Missouri to discuss the possibility of forming an APIC chapter that served the 200-mile radius around the Kansas City area. 

This chapter proudly sponsored the recent 2006 APIC National Convention, which was a huge success.
