To Make Hotel Reservations

Room Rate of $119/night:   APIC members can book their rooms at the special rate of $119 per night. This rate is available from July 2nd to July 13th so people can extend their stays for vacation time! The room rate includes free parking and free WIFI.

Note! There will be a cutoff date to receive this special APIC room rate so don't wait! Book early! 

How to Make Reservations:

  • By Phone: Call 717.233.6000.  Use group code "AMERI".  This is the number of the Harrisburg Hilton hotel. Be sure to specify the the group code "AMERI" because the normal room rate is higher.
