How to Register

 

Two options to register:

Preferred Method

Click here to submit your registration on-line (and pay by PayPal, check or postal money order). We strongly recommend registering using this on-line method.  Also, note that, if you pay by PayPal, you will not be required to submit any forms or your payment by mail.

Alternate Method 

Submit your registration by mail including your payment by either check or  postal money order.  

By choosing this method of registration, you must first  print out the registration form (link to this form shown below), complete it by hand, and send your completed forms and full payment to:

2010 APIC National Convention - Buffalo NY



The great city of Buffalo NY will be the host for the upcoming 2010 APIC National Convention to be held at the downtown Hyatt Regency Buffalo.

To Make Hotel Reservations

 

Room Rate of $108/night:  APIC members can book rooms at the special rate of $108 per night.  This special rate extends two days before and after the convention.

This hotel frequently sells out during the summer months, so be sure to register early!

Cutoff Date for Special Rate:   July 8th, 2010 is the cutoff date to obtain the special rate listed above.

How to Make Reservations: 

  • On-line:  The hotel has setup a special link specifically for APIC members.  To go directly to this link,  click here.

  • By Phone:  Call the hotel directly at 716.856.1234.  Be sure to ask for the special APIC room rate of $108 per night because the normal rate is $139 per night.
