How to Register

 

Two options to register:

Preferred Method

Click here to submit your registration on-line (and pay by PayPal, check or postal money order). We strongly recommend registering using this on-line method.  Also, note that, if you pay by PayPal, you will not be required to submit any forms or your payment by mail.

Alternate Method 

Submit your registration by mail including your payment by either check or  postal money order.  

By choosing this method of registration, you must first  print out the registration form (link to this form shown below), complete it by hand, and send your completed forms and full payment to:

The great city of Columbus OH is proud to be hosting the upcoming 2012 APIC National Convention at the Crowne Plaza North Hotel.

To Make Hotel Reservations

 

Room Rate of $85/night:  APIC members can book rooms at the special rate of $85 per night.

This hotel frequently sells out during the summer months, so be sure to register early!

Cutoff Date for Special Rate:  July 8th, 2012 is the cutoff date to obtain the special rate listed above.

How to Make Reservations: 

  • On-line:  Not available yet.  Please call (see directions below).

  • By Phone:  Call the hotel directly at 614.885.1885.  Be sure to ask for the special APIC room rate of $85 per night because the normal rate is higher.
